Australian Treasurer Wayne Swan claims he gets his advice from The Boss – I think you’re listening to the wrong person Wayne.
You should be listening to Cicero instead;

Unfortunately, as far as Treasurer Wayne Swan and the Gillard Labor Government are concerned – they’ve learnt nothing in the past 2,067 years.
